This was Camden's first experience with Papa reading to the grandkids the story of The Night before Christmas. It will be several more years until they all realize that Papa skips pages because there is so much discussion per page on each picture.
No, the real reason I skip pages is I have a couple of squirrels on my lap that won't sit still and their attention span isn't very long yet!! :-)) It will be a couple of years before I get to read the whole story---of course by then we might have a couple of new grandbabies!!! You notice that little Olivia isn't here so next year we will at least have 3 sitting on my lap!!
