The family went to the new Discovery Center we have here in town. It's much like San Francisco's Exploriatorium. The children can play on and find out about so many things. Here, Camden and his friend Jake, sit in a mini helicopter. Camden loves 'hoppers'!!
Camden and his Mama and Daddy spent the Thanksgiving holidays in Costa Rica....he didn't crawl yet and didn't have any teeth yet. Boy, a year's difference! (and now Mama is pregnant with baby number 2!)
Camden has now entered the stage when he recognizes the camera and knows to smile. His older cousin is so used to my camera and me crawling around the floor to get a good shot. And now my baby grandson has become 'camera aware' as well. Yippee!!!
I bought some yogurt covered pretzels for snacks for the little ones. I gave it to them as they were playing but soon found out that this is a snack that MUST be eaten in the highchair. What a sticky gooey mess that yogurt makes on the hands and face!
Camden wanted to argue with me over the pronounciation of this little toy animal. He says Damel and I say Camel. We went back and forth on it. The 'ca' sound is hard for them at this age so I tried Dromedary instead. And this is the look I got.
I never get tired of watching Camden grab a book and sit down to 'read' it. He loves looking at them himself but his favorite way is to sit on my lap and have me read it to him. And when we finish the last page, he tells me, "done". He's so darn cute!
No, it isn't a photo of Papa and Mimi...Geezers in this family refers to that ticklish part in an armpit and the little ones are learning that if someone asks to see your Geezers, a pretty good tickle is on the way!
Camden decided that Papa needed some help during his workout, so Camden got the correct weight for the dumbbells to lift. Oh, and he helped Papa with his leg lift form. Such a helpful child. Right in the thick of things, making sure it all gets done right....
